  • 50 ml water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 30 g sugar
  • 250 g flower
  • 50 g butter
  • 12 teaspoons of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • frying oil


    Step 1: Get a skillet or a cooking pot and add the water, milk, butter and 30 g of sugar put it on the stove and wait until the substance starts to boil.
    Step 2: Add the flower to the mixture and stir until you get a thick paste.
    Step 4: Let it bake wile stirring for about 4-5 minutes.
    Step 5: Let the mixture cool off a little.
    Step 6: Add one egg and stir it until it is one mass again, then repeat with the second egg and add the salt.
    Step 7: Warm up the oil.
    Step 8: Put the mixture in a piping bag with a serrated nozzle.
    Step 9: Get scissors and start squishing the mixture into the oil and snip it with the scissors every 5cm.
    Step 10: Let it sit for about 5 to 10 seconds and then get them out with a metal utensil off choice.
    Step 11: Mix the cinnamon with the sugar and sprinkle it on your churros.
    Step 12: Enjoy
